ALL POLISH CONVENTION IF LABOUR AGENCIES (OKAP) is an association that unites recruitment agencies. OKAP is an organisation that is socially and economically profitable. It stands for obeying, respecting and protecting employees rights. OKAP assures that other agencies obey the law and is enforced through OKAP’s controlling offices. 17 agencies are presently members of the association. They offer the highest quality of service and take care of their employers.
Our aim is:

to protect the law and represent association members on Polish territory and abroad.

to conduct activity in the name of companies all-round development acting as recruitment agencies, including raising ethical and work standards in this field.

to express opinions concerning employment policy fulfilled by employment agencies.

to exchange experience and views of members as concerns the activity of the national and international work market.

to establish the growth of modern employment ways.

to counteract and stop unfair competition among recruitment agencies offering temporary work.

to solve problems between an employer and an employee concerning work conditions, salary, etc.

The associations employees are not connected with any recruitment agency which guarantees fairness and objectivity, OKAP operates with a group of advisors who offer financial, tax and insurance help. We use the knowledge and experience of all of our member companies.
