Code of Ethics
PREAMBLE
We are aware of the crucial importance of adhering to the highest ethical and professional standards in the activities associated with the job placement sector and we want to fulfil our statutory mission in view of the perceived lack of such regulations in Poland.
In all of a company's activities, it is essential to maintain core ethical values. A company's reputation and trust is one of its greatest values. For this reason, the adoption of a Code of Ethics by the companies that make up our Association, and the respect and monitoring of the actions of our members, will lead to a continuous improvement in the image of the companies themselves and of the sector in which we operate.
§ 1
- The Code of Ethics (the Code) is a document that expresses the common aspirations of the companies that make up the Union with regard to respect for ethical standards.
- Each member of the Union will make every effort to promote ethical standards in its relations with all market players.
- Failure to comply with the Code may be grounds for expulsion of a Member from the Union..
