Why be in OKAP?
The OKAP Employers' Association is a nationwide organisation of leaders in the recruitment and employment industry whose mission is to create a modern, responsible and dynamic labour market in Poland. We work to improve the conditions in which employment agencies conduct their business, supporting our members with legislation, education and the promotion of best business practices.
Our aim is not only to represent the interests of employers in dialogue with state and international institutions, but also to provide practical tools and knowledge to help our members succeed in a challenging market environment. With professional legal and advisory support, access to training and unique expert resources, the OKAP Employers' Association creates a community based on cooperation, mutual support and innovative solutions.

Thanks to its cooperation and membership of the Polish Employers' Association, OKAP represents the HR industries, among others. in the teams of the Trilateral Commission, Parliamentary Committees, many official consulting and expert bodies and in relations with public institutions

Become part of the OKAP Employers' Association

Membership in OKAP
Any employment agency registered in the employment agency register maintained by the Marshal of the Voivodeship relevant to its headquarters can become a member of the OKAP Employers' Association.
Additionally, membership is open to other entities engaged in activities related to the domestic or international labor market. This includes companies specializing in recruitment, HR consulting, outsourcing, as well as organizations supporting the labor market through training, consulting, or legal services.
We invite all organizations that wish to actively participate in building a modern and responsible labor market to join the OKAP Employers' Association and collaborate in developing the industry and protecting its representatives' interests.
Member of the Association
Any employment agency that has been operating continuously for at least 12 months can become a member of the OKAP Employers' Association. This requirement ensures that the association consists of entities with industry experience and knowledge of the labor market, fostering effective collaboration and the achievement of common goals.
Only full-fledged members of the association have active and passive voting rights, meaning they can participate in elections for the association's governing bodies and run for leadership positions. This system ensures that the association's actions and decisions are representative of experienced and committed industry professionals.

Associate Member
Any employment agency that has been operating continuously for at least 12 months can become a member of the OKAP Employers' Association. This requirement ensures that the association consists of entities with industry experience and knowledge of the labor market, fostering effective collaboration and the achievement of common goals.
Only full-fledged members of the association have active and passive voting rights, meaning they can participate in elections for the association's governing bodies and run for leadership positions. Member Partner
Partner Member status can be obtained by entities operating for employment agencies, regardless of the length of their operation. This proposal is particularly aimed at companies and organizations supporting the domestic or international labor market, such as training, consulting, legal or technology service providers that wish to actively cooperate with the employment industry.
Partner members, although they do not have voting rights at the Union's Members' Assembly, can take full advantage of opportunities for cooperation, participation in projects and other initiatives undertaken by the Union.
After 12 calendar months of becoming a Partner Member, it is possible to convert the status to full Union Membership. To do so, the entity should submit an appropriate application to the Union's Board.

Supporting Member
Supporting Member status can be obtained by entrepreneurs and employers who, although they do not operate as employment agencies themselves, support the agency environment and initiatives related to the labor market and employment. Supporting Members are entities that, through their activities, contribute to the development of the industry and strengthen its position in the market.
Supporting Members do not have the right to vote at the Union's Members' Assembly, but their cooperation and involvement are important for the realization of the Union's mission.

An employment agency entered in the register of employment agencies kept by the Marshal of the Voivodeship competent for the entity's seat, as well as any other entity carrying out activities related to servicing the national or international labour market, can become a member of OKAP.
