Project INFO-RIGHTS
We are happy to announce that we are one of the partners of the INFO-RIGHTS project
INFO-RIGHTS is a European initiative aimed at improving transparency and compliance with the rules on posting of workers in the EU, with a particular focus on the agricultural and manufacturing sectors.
The project aims to create an accessible and user-friendly portal providing clear information on employment terms and conditions for each EU Member State and Norway.
It also aims to strengthen the capacity of workers, employers and social partners by offering training on posting procedures in accordance with EU law and national agreements.
The project places particular emphasis on temporary work agencies, seasonal workers and posted third-country nationals to ensure that their rights are respected.
By tackling key issues such as fair pay, job security, health and social security, the INFO-RIGHTS project contributes to the economic and social growth of the EU single market. In addition, the initiative will widely promote its results, encouraging adoption across Europe and ensuring long-term impact.
Through collaboration with social partners, research institutes and non-governmental organizations from several countries, including Portugal, Poland, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and Norway.
INFO-RIGHTS promotes a comprehensive approach to protecting the rights of posted workers, while strengthening cooperation between sending and receiving countries.
